Project delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may affect delivery schedules.

 

Project Scope

Payments

Clients agree to pay all invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content, functionality, automation workflows, and system behavior before launch.

While we implement industry-recognized development practices, clients remain responsible for ongoing operation, maintenance, legal compliance, and business use after project delivery unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.

 

Digital Marketing Services

Advertising performance may vary depending on market conditions, competition, budgets, audience behavior, platform policies, and other external factors.

PulseGrid Agency does not guarantee specific rankings, advertising positions, lead volumes, sales results, or return on investment.

Termination

Any completed work, outstanding invoices, or incurred costs remain payable upon termination.
