Cancellation by the Client
Clients may request to cancel a project by providing written notice to PulseGrid Agency.
If work has not yet commenced, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If work has already started, payments made for completed work, planning, consultation, research, design, development, or project management are non-refundable.

PulseGrid Agency reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project if:

Payments remain overdue.

The client requests activities that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
Project requirements change substantially beyond the agreed scope.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our professional services, refunds are generally not available once project work has commenced.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will reflect the value of work not yet completed.

Third-Party Costs
Payments made to third-party providers are non-refundable.

Completed Deliverables
Once a project, milestone, or approved deliverable has been completed and accepted by the client, payments associated with that work are non-refundable.
Minor revisions included within the agreed project scope will continue to be honored where applicable.
Payment Disputes
