Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request to cancel a project by providing written notice to PulseGrid Agency.

If work has not yet commenced, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If work has already started, payments made for completed work, planning, consultation, research, design, development, or project management are non-refundable.

Cancellation by PulseGrid Agency

PulseGrid Agency reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project if:

  • Payments remain overdue.

  • Communication is significantly delayed.

  • The client requests activities that violate applicable laws or platform policies.

  • Project requirements change substantially beyond the agreed scope.

Where appropriate, completed work may be delivered based on payments received.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our professional services, refunds are generally not available once project work has commenced.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will reflect the value of work not yet completed.

Any work completed before cancellation remains payable.

Project Delays

Project timelines may be affected if required content, approvals, feedback, or access credentials are delayed by the client.

PulseGrid Agency is not responsible for delays resulting from missing information, third-party platforms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers are non-refundable.

These may include expenses related to:

  • Website hosting

  • Software subscriptions

  • Premium plugins

  • Cloud services

  • Licensing fees

  • External integrations

Refund requests for third-party services must follow the policies of the respective provider.

Completed Deliverables

Once a project, milestone, or approved deliverable has been completed and accepted by the client, payments associated with that work are non-refundable.

Minor revisions included within the agreed project scope will continue to be honored where applicable.

Payment Disputes
